We represent many tow truck companies, with great success! This includes favorable decisions in employment cases and from Ohio's 10th District regarding the Highway Patrol tow rotation.
We serve as General Counsel to Associated Builders and Contractors and represent multiple construction companies.
We represent a wide variety of small businesses across the spectrum.
Recent News
We recently received a favorable decision from the Ohio Court of Claims on a public records request case. Thank you!
Another success for our clients! On behalf of our client Hook-N-Haul LLC., our firm filed for mandamus relief (asking the Judge to order the government to do something) against the Ohio State Highway Patrol. After a strong opinion in our favor from the Magistrate, the Patrol backed down and gave us the relief we sought! Thank you Hook-N-Haul!
This week, we were able to reach a successful settlement in Mitchell v. Mitchell, in Fairfield County case for tortious interference with a business relationship. We were proud to settle with terms favorable to our client.
Another case victory today!
Ohio's 5th District Court of Appeals overruled the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, in favor of our client.
Our client made a public records request, and Orange Township told my client the record was destroyed or lost. He hired us and we sued for improper destruction of the record. Then, another party provided the record through discovery during the lawsuit. Turns out, the former Township Manager had the record on a personal device.
The trial court ruled that my client was not entitled to a judgment. The 5th District ruled that the trial court was wrong and remanded for further proceedings. However, after reading the 5th District's opinion, we are very confident we have a winning case here. Thank you to our client!
Case Appearance in OSBA Report
My client’s successful case was reported in the Ohio State Bar Association case report!

Oral Argument
Tomorrow I have oral arguments in two cases before Ohio's Fifth District Court of Appeals. In one case, I represent a former Township Fiscal Officer who was victimized by a plot to make it appear that he leveraged his position to steal township resources. In the other case, I represent a Township Trustee who was the victim of a group that used a lawsuit to intimidate him into voting their way. Looking forward to representing my clients with dignity, intelligence, and grace!
